Changes to mobile

Prior to today, all the news pages displayed a sliding panel which showed the five most recent articles within the respective news category/categories. I’ve reduced this to just the single most recent post to lessen repetition and also to remove the need for the distracting sliding animation. I’ve also decided to completely remove this panel when the website is viewed on a particularly narrow web browser (i.e a mobile phone in portrait mode).

Background refresh

I've given the background/surround image a refresh. It's larger, more vibrant, and it caters to much larger monitors than the previous version. This screenshot is taken at a resolution of 2560 x 1600. The site footer has also been tidied up a bit.
