I’ve just fixed a problem that was causing certain photos to be cropped on mobile devices when used in portrait view. Anything with an aspect ratio that wasn’t in a landscape format was liable to be cropped. In particular, square format images were being heavily cropped. The images weren’t actually being cropped, but as far as anyone viewing the site was concerned, they may as well have been. What was actually happening was they were being rendered wider than their container, and therefore being partially obscured by other page elements. From now on, all photos render to occupy 100% width of their container, and the height will automatically be set to preserve their aspect ratio.
